Description
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a part of a crew who is responsible for maintaining residential and commercial landscapes to the highest standards. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, clean-ups, and basic irrigation maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and blowing.
- Trim shrubs, bushes, and small trees as needed.
- Weed flower beds and apply mulch or pine straw.
- Operate a variety of landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Ensure job sites are clean and debris-free upon completion.
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times.
- Previous landscape maintenance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
