This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Specialist based in Canton, GA. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for assisting prospective and current residents with leasing inquiries, processing lease applications, and managing lease administration. Day-to-day tasks will include providing exceptional customer service, addressing resident concerns to foster retention, and ensuring compliance with lease policies. The Leasing Specialist will play a key role in achieving resident satisfaction and occupancy goals while representing the property with professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Strong Customer Service and Resident Retention skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Lease Management, including lease administration and preparation of leasing documents.
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with residents, potential tenants, and team members.
• Experience with Leasing, understanding processes for marketing and showing properties to prospective tenants.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the team and independently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Prior experience in property management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Experience in social media.
