Management roles at Zaxby's are responsible for leading dining room and kitchen functions while motivating the team to deliver an excellent and genuine guest experience. We are looking for motivated individuals with prior leadership experience or a desire to step into leadership to learn from us! No experience needed, we will train you with the right motivation!

Complete training provided, flexible scheduling and performance-based increases upon training.

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Strive to enhance our guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in the use of all systems and training programs.
  • Responsible for providing crew members with appropriate training.
  • Oversee all FOH and BOH operations in compliance with ZFI and Zax, Inc. standards.
  • Control costs by maintaining operational standards, proper truck ordering/receiving, and inventory control.
  • Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment toward company objectives.
  • Responsible for holding and storing all food items to follow food safety guidelines & company standards.
  • Generate additional sales by suggesting additional menu items to the guest.
  • Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment to company standards.
  • Ensure all training and certification processes are in place and 100% compliant.
