Responsibilities- Model and create an environment where the Guest is always right; ensure a positive Guest service experience.
- Respond positively and quickly to Guest concerns.
- Hire high-quality people who demonstrate and ensure consistent Guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all employees are trained and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
- Evaluate each employee’s ability to maintain high levels of Guest satisfaction.
- Continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees.
- Train, coach, and provide regular performance feedback (positive and corrective).
- Maintain a fun and enjoyable working environment in the restaurant at all times.
- Develop and execute the business plan, including fiscal responsibilities, manpower planning, and local marketing.
- Utilize labor effectively to meet budget.
- Be responsible for financial results.
- Execute company-wide marketing programs.
- Enforce all labor laws (federal, state, and local).
- Uphold food safety, handling, and sanitation standards to ensure health and safety.
- Model and encourage CKE shared values.
- Focus on and be driven by the Guest experience.
- Maintain high personal integrity, treating all employees with honesty, respect, and dignity.
- Be performance-oriented: communicate expectations, measure results, recognize good performance, and address poor performance.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience3–5 years in a management position, preferably in a restaurant setting.
HoursAble to work 47.5–50 hours per week with flexible hours as needed.
Skills & Abilities- Basic computer knowledge.
- Financial and analytical skills including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Team building and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Work long hours and stand for extended periods.
- Work around heat and in close quarters.
- Move throughout the restaurant to observe operations and performance.
- Able to lift 50–75 pounds comfortably.
- Work with various cleaning products.
