Job Responsibilities
:
Shift managers are trained to perform all duties of Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing daily operations in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required.

• Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm with no drive‑throughs.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred).
