Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continually evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. You will be required to successfully complete new employee training and build expertise in uncovering customers’ needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

• Provide a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, Customer Care, or in-store).
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including devices, service plans, and accessories.
• Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate coverage, plans, and in-store experiences.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, and systems.
• Manage cash handling and store operations as needed.
• Establish relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and hand off small business leads.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience;
  Retail environment preferred
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
