Food and Beverage , Food Service, Starbucks, Deli, Bakery (T2476) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.75 USD per hour.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to proactively set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business.
• Use and care for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly; attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders as required; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds; scan and move merchandise safely.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
• Ability to work in environments ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed and around common allergens.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
