We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Punch Out Technician for our Market Rate apartment community of 212 units in Canton, Georgia
.

Full‑Time

• Minimum 1‑2 years of related experience
• Apartment industry experience is preferred
• High School diploma, or GED equivalency
• Maintenance knowledge of painting, landscaping, apartment fixture repair/replacement is a plus
• Must be detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to manage time

• Ensures timely completion of vacant unit turns.
• Identifies areas or items in need of improvement or replacement and makes recommendations.
• Performs turnkey operations, punches items including but not limited to:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Lock and smoke alarm repairs/replacements
  • Appliance repairs
  • A/C filter replacements
  • Light bulb replacements
• Installs ceiling fans, wall sockets and performs minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assists with performance of preventative maintenance onsite.
• Assists with completion of work orders as needed.
• Ensures all inventory items are in good working condition.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
