• Starting hourly range $19‑$21

• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, creating “Customers for Life.”
• Support pre‑ and post‑construction termite treatments and monitor termite bait systems; assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections.
• Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Work safely and efficiently: adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles; apply pest control products in compliance with label standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.).
