Fore Front Simulator Solutions is looking for a skilled and versatile Punch List Crew Member to join our innovative construction team. This is a hands‑on role that requires someone who takes pride in the final product—completing finishing work such as painting, drywall, trim, minor electrical, and plumbing. If you're a dependable multi‑trade professional with a keen eye for detail and love wrapping up projects with precision, this role was made for you!

• Complete punch list tasks on residential and commercial simulator installation projects.
• Perform high‑quality painting, drywall patching, and texture work.
• Install and repair baseboards, molding, trim, and other finish carpentry.
• Handle basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets).
• Use hand and power tools to complete work efficiently and safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store materials/tools.
• Communicate progress and punch list completion to supervisors and project managers.
• Travel to installation sites across the U.S., occasionally requiring overnight stays.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support project delivery as needed.

• Proven experience in construction punch list or finishing roles.
• Proficiency in painting, drywall, trim, and other finish trades.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and quality‑driven in every aspect of work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lift materials, work on your feet, and travel as required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience in cabinetry, light carpentry, or custom installs.
• Comfort with technology (tablets, mobile apps, or job tracking software).
• Certification in trades such as electrical or plumbing is a plus.
