THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Service Technician, every call is a chance to solve a problem, build trust, and represent a company that's been setting the standard in commercial kitchen service since 1976.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Hands-On Service:
Perform service and repair work commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment. - Brand Ambassador:
Act as a brand ambassador on every call. - Truck Profitability:
Own truck profitability. - Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain strong CSAT scores. - Work Order Completion:
Own call-to-closed completion of work orders.
- 1–5+ years working on ovens, fryers, walk-ins, ice machines, etc. – experience on hot and cold side a plus
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work overtime and on call as needed.
- Strong technical and electrical aptitude.
- Hand tools and a can-do attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, per company policy
- Must pass a satisfactory background screening
