About the Role:
North Georgia Angel House Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Child Enrichment Specialist to support and empower teenage girls at our Canton, GA facility. Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight supervision and a safe, supportive environment for teenage girls in residential care
• Routine cleaning is required
• Administer Medication
• Implement enrichment activities that promote emotional, social, and personal development
• Monitor and respond to the physical and emotional needs of residents throughout the night
• Enforce house rules and boundaries with consistency, fairness, and compassion
• Document incidents, behaviors, and progress through accurate and timely reporting
• Collaborate with daytime staff, case managers, and counselors to ensure continuity of care
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for teenage girls in the program

Requirements:

• Experience working with at-risk youth, adolescents, or in residential care settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with teenagers
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-stress or crisis situations
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working overnight shifts
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in social work, psychology, or related field a plus
• Must pass a background check and meet all state licensing requirements
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must be able to work rotating weekends
