Role Overview

Join TA Dedicated as a Regional CDL-A Truck Driver (Solo and Team Flex). Deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships throughout the region. Flex drivers fill in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs.

This Monday through Friday position includes consistent weekly home time with an average of 2,000 miles for solo routes or 4,000 miles for team runs.

• $78,000 – $87,000 yearly earnings
• $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
• $500 new-hire transition bonus paid on second paycheck
• $3,000 referral bonus per qualified driver referred
• $250 per day for two-day paid orientation

• Minimum 21 years old
• 12 months recent tractor-trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable teaming and capable of tight backing maneuvers at dealerships
• Valid CDL-A and DOT qualified
• Pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history

• Deliver aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships in the region.
• Operate safely and efficiently on both solo and team routes.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to schedules and report any issues to dispatch.
• Participate in nightly shifts as scheduled.
