Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations.
- Sales/marketing experience.
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs.
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled.
- Help to ensure all clients need have been met during service both in person, over the phone or virtually.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office.

The pay range for this position is $11.00–$27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Successful candidates may be able to participate in incentive compensation or short‑term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings. Qualifying associates can enroll themselves and/or their eligible dependents in medical and prescription drug coverage; can participate in the H&R Block Retirement Savings Plan (401(k)), the Employee Assistance Program, (virtual) fitness center programs, the associate discount program;
are automatically enrolled in Business Travel Accident Insurance; and receive Associate Tax Prep benefit.
