Job Description The Client Services Associate is responsible for providing prompt and accurate financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures. * Profile new and existing customers, suggesting tailored products/services.
* Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations.

* Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.

* Process transactions while maintaining accurate records.

Education & Experience Requirements The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and preferably possess six to twelve months of bank teller experience. Additional desired qualities include customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience.
