We are looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to work as a service writer, handle customer relations, and assist with parts procurement. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing professional who has strong customer service skills and is willing to learn the basics of auto service. The Service Advisor will maintain a high level of customer engagement with the ability to convert service inquiries into sales.
Customer satisfaction is critical to your success in this role, so previous experience is preferred.

Every day is different in our busy automotive service center! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including assigning service jobs to Automotive Technicians, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.
Responsibilities
Meet and assist customers with service needsCreate service estimates and make service recommendationsComplete estimate review with customers in a timely mannerFollow up with customers after completed repairsAddress customer concerns and/or complaints in a professional mannerInteract with vendors to coordinate purchase and delivery of partsManage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance recordsMaintain a positive work environment and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitabilityQualifications
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferredValid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are requiredSuccessful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screeningExcellent customer service skillsWilling to learn and self-improveAbility to positively collaborate in a teamOne year of experience as an automotive service writer, Parts Procurement, or service advisor is preferred.Good understanding of automotive technology, automotive service technician job duties, and automotive repair services is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
