Client Support Analyst

Client Support Analyst is an onsite position based in Houston, TX. This is a 1‑year contract assignment (W‑2). You will work in the Natural Gas and Retail Energy market and support our client's Channel Partners and Sales Team by resolving post‑deal inquiries and navigating operational challenges across most deregulated markets.

• You will be a critical post‑deal liaison between the Client, Brokers, and the Sales Team, conducting operational resolution of complex inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all phases of the customer lifecycle following contract execution.
• You will be the primary contact for brokers and sales representatives, navigating post‑deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions and early termination scenarios.
• You will conduct complex operational analyses to support informed decision‑making within the department, being a trusted advisor to all partners.
• You bring experience with the retail energy and gas market, demonstrate a winning attitude, and excel where customer advocacy is important.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $35.00/hr to $40.00/hr.
