About The Architectural Position

We are looking for an experienced Architect who will assist in the architectural work including planning, designing, modifying and assisting development of our prototype residential and commercial buildings. Additional duties will include quantity take offs using Auto Cads Quantity Takeoff, assisting in material selection, assist in processing ASI, RFI, Submittals, and PCO, assist in reviewing product data, and MEP Shop drawings, assist in initial conceptional property layout, and attending on site construction meetings.

• Assist project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Prepare ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
• Review lessons learned and help edit project specifications
• Perform on site visits to check on project status and report on project
• Work with in house civil, architect and PM.
• Stay informed about architectural trends and advancements

• 2+ years' experience working as an Architectural drafter position
• Experience with building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards; good portfolio is also required
• Outstanding drawing skills and familiarity with design software, such as Auto Cad
• High creativity and strong ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Good communication and project management skills
• Multiple State Licenses a plus
