Opportunity Overview
Senior Project Controls and Scheduler - E&C is an onsite position located in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W‑2). You'll join the project Scheduling Team for the Engineering and Construction Division located in Juno Beach, Florida. You will work directly with the Project Originators, Developers, Early‑Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies such as Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, or Combined Cycles.
You will report to the onsite Manager.
- Reporting to the group Manager, you will lead teams in the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
- You may also be in charge of preparing monthly reports for construction projects, comparing the baseline of approved schedules to progress schedules.
- This may include critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluation of update impacts, and aid in recovery plan development.
- As an important member of the scheduling team, you support project teams working on multiple technologies to lead project success through the entire life cycle.
- Your scheduling, management, and technical skill set will be key in developing accurate schedules, coordinating diverse meetings, and reporting to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.
- 5+ years of Primavera P6 Scheduling software experience
- 15+ years of overall experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a team leader of schedulers and the ability to work with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.
- Experience conducting schedule review meetings with all project participants and coordinating requirements to ensure resources focus on the right project activities.
- Strong ability to review, critique, and validate external information with excellent process management and prioritization.
- Ability to report project status and variances to management.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which depends on experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $73.00/hr to $78.00/hr.
