Opportunity Overview
Project Scheduler II - E&C is an onsite position located in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You'll join the project Scheduling Team for the Engineering and Construction Division located in Juno Beach, Florida. You will work directly with the Project Originators, Developers, Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers supporting the development, engineering, and construction of multiple technologies.
Examples of projects include those that the company has worked on, such as Wind, Solar, Energy Storage, Transmission Lines, Substations, Pipelines, Combine Cycles, etc. You will report to the onsite Manager.
- Reporting to the group Manager, you will manage the creation, maintenance and progress of project schedules using Primavera P6 Software.
- You may also be in charge of the preparation of monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline of approved schedules to progress schedules.
- This may include critical path method analysis, resource loading, cost loading, workforce submittal analysis, evaluation of update impacts and aid in recovery plan development.
- You will be an important player as a member of the scheduling team. This team supports project teams working on multiple technologies. The goal is to lead project success through the project's entire life cycle.
- Your scheduling, management and technical skill set will be important to develop accurate schedules, coordinate diverse meetings and report to management for an impressive portfolio of projects.
- 4+ years of Primavera P6 Scheduling software experience
- Experienced (6 - 10 Years)
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or similar field, or applicable experience.
- Team player. Be able to work with all project participants to gather scope, logistics, and constraints to be included within the plan and schedule.
- You will develop relationships with all team members.
- You will lead Schedule Review Meetings with all project participants and to coordinate requirements to ensure resources are focused on the right project activities.
- Review, criticize and validate external information. Excellent process management, prioritization.
- Ability to report project status and variances to management.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $52.00/hr. to $57.00/hr.
