Project Engineer is an onsite position based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

You will lead complex engineering projects and ensure that you complete them on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work with teams, clients, and team members to provide engineering solutions. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Lead PV projects from interconnection through permitting and construction.

Manage EORs, EPCs, and other consultants to ensure all technical deliverables are completed and align with Scope of Work requirements and Best Practices.

Write and manage Scopes of Works, participate in contract negotiations.

Review designs, studies, and drawings for conformance with Scopes of Work, AHJ requirements.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Find and address risks to project success.

Support project financing due diligence.

Provide value engineering solutions to reduce cost.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Lead conversations with Transmission Owners and ISOs to support technical requirements.

Support construction and answer RFIs.

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering.

Experience:

6+ years of experience managing engineering projects, including solar, BESS, or other power industry applications.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $62.00/hr. to $67.00/hr.
