We are seeking a part‑time Speech Language Pathology Supervisor to oversee our Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). This role will allow you to leverage your expertise in speech‑language pathology while guiding and mentoring aspiring professionals. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $80 to $90, depending on experience.

• Supervise SLPAs in implementing therapy plans and services.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of SLPAs, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with educational staff and other professionals for coordinated client care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to team training.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans as needed.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• 3+ years of experience in speech‑language pathology, particularly with educational settings.
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and excellence in service delivery.

• 1099 contract position.
• $80‑90 per hour.
• 6‑10 hours per week.
