Human Resources Generalist

Overview

The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our people operations, with a strong emphasis on recruitment. You'll manage full cycle hiring processes, support onboarding, and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage our applicant tracking system (ISolved) and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain candidate and employee records and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide support to other HR functional areas as needed.

• 1-3 Years of HR experience with 1 year of recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, ADP ISolved etc.).
• Data driven and analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, we're pleased to share that the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,625
, excluding fringe benefits or potential incentives. If you're hired at Rockland Federal Credit Union, your final base pay will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and experience. We also take pay equity seriously and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please note that the range provided reflects the full base pay for this role.
