Job SummaryReporting to the Director, Colleague Relations, the Senior Colleague Relations Consultant is responsible for managing complex workplace investigations, providing advice and counsel on workplace matters, facilitating training and providing subject matter expertise on Point

Health policies. Consider creative and alternative resolutions to effectively resolve difficult matters in a way that is mutually agreeable to all parties involved. Additionally, CR/ER Consultants conduct intake conversations, provide advice on Performance Improvement Plans, Corrective Action and options for resolving workplace concerns. This role works closely with the in‑house legal team, Human Resources Business Partners and with the wider Human Resources community and clients to deliver a fair, consistent CR/ER service, both minimizing risk to the business and aligning work to meet business needs.
- Work with assigned HR Business Partners to resolve complex workplace matters including but not limited to conducting investigations in response to formal complaints, including interviewing appropriate parties, reviewing and gathering related documentation/data, drafting of summary reports and presentation of recommendations for effective resolution.
- Provide expertise and consultation to the business in addressing colleague behavior and performance concerns, including assisting on the development and delivery of appropriate feedback or corrective action that aligns with company values and processes.
- Develop strong relationships and act as a liaison between HR, Legal, and the business areas on colleague relations issues.
- In collaboration with HR Business Partners and other HR colleagues, provide effective guidance, advice and referrals on human resources policies and procedures and laws and regulations in order to ensure compliance with HPHC policies and with state and federal employment laws, such as FLSA, PFML, ADA, FMLA, and EEO/Affirmative Action.
- Manage complex, high‑risk and sensitive workplace issues and conflicts, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and/or bullying, terminations, disability and other related leaves, partner with the Compliance and Privacy groups as needed.
- Participate in the review, maintenance, and communication of HR policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal law.
- Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs, highlighting key trends in colleague relations to actively drive proactive solutions to minimize reactive work and to improve levels of colleague engagement.
- Coach managers and colleague in successful resolution of workplace issues and conflicts.
