Job Description
Must have technical/functional skills:
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 suite:
Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online. - Experience with Power Platform:
Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder. - Strong command of Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
- Proficiency in Power Shell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven productivity tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft O365 administration, Fabric, Azure AD, Intune, Endpoint Manager.
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, government).
- Microsoft certifications: M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Security Administrator Associate.
- Define and implement Microsoft 365 strategy, governance policies, and best practices across collaboration tools.
- Design and optimize solutions using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Outlook, One Drive, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Lead adoption and integration of Microsoft Copilot and AI Builder to enhance productivity and automate workflows.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 security features including DLP, Conditional Access, Defender for Office 365, and Compliance Manager.
- Lead migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 cloud services, ensuring minimal disruption and high user adoption.
- Collaborate with IT, business units, and OEMs to align Microsoft productivity solutions with organizational goals.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to improve user adoption and productivity across departments.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 a Year
