You will also have the opportunity to travel to our corporate office in Richmond, VA, where you will connect with fellow interns, network with company leaders, and participate in a volunteer event. This internship may lead to full-time employment opportunities upon graduation. We're excited to help you grow with us!  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Gain hands-on exposure to benefits lines of coverage.
* Prospect via email campaign creation, list creation, and cleaning.
* Assist with trade show support.
* Understand the responsibilities and role of a sales representative.
* Learn how to build a pipeline.
* Support account management team with policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, and administrative tasks.
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and quality checks within the agency management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Participate in client appointments and sales meetings with producers to observe client service and sales best practices.
* Contribute to special projects aimed at improving internal processes, client experience, or operational efficiency.
* Build professional communication skills through interactions with internal stakeholders.

* Qualifications:

*** Must be able to commute to our Canton, MA office.
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
* Preferred majors include Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Risk Management & Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Curious, motivated, and eager to learn about the insurance industry and grow professionally.  #LI-DNP
