Production Associate I - Fortaflex
Join Organogenesis as a Production Associate I for Fortaflex products. In this role you will produce ICL and Forta Flex products under supervision while adhering to SOPs, MBRs, and cGMP procedures in both the general lab area and the ISO 7 clean room.

Responsibilities- Perform tasks (lay‑up, trim, cross‑linking, packaging) for Forta Flex production and (slitting, washing, packaging) for ICL intermediate, under supervision and in compliance with Quality Systems regulations.
- Prepare solutions for use within production areas.
- Review batch records for completeness, accuracy, and protocol compliance.
- Maintain equipment records and supply inventory.
- Write deviations and corrective/preventive action reports.
- Perform all tasks according to company safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree, certificate in biotechnology or other advanced education preferred.
- Regular schedule:
Monday‑Friday 6:30 am–3:00 pm. - Assess accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Must be able to work in a controlled or clean room environment for an extended period.
- Pre‑employment physical and lift test required.
- Pre‑employment vision screening required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, push/pull ≥400 pounds (200 L).
- Ability to work in a controlled or clean room environment for an extended period.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Repeating motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- Heightened awareness and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work safely and conscientiously in a manufacturing environment.
