Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our growing team at New England Home Health Services. For this role, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to a medically complex adult client in their home, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Schedule

  • This case looking to fill
    • 5p‑10p Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
    • 5p‑11p Saturday
    • Monday‑Friday 8:30am‑2:30pm

Competitive hourly pay

  • $38.00 to $60.34 based on discipline and experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to clients in their home, including medication administration and monitoring vital signs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs.
  • Educate clients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Assist with case management duties as needed, coordinating services for clients.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of MA.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and basic life support techniques.
  • Experience working with medically complex clients preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health setting.
