A great opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Manager familiar with site sourcing to grow our self storage portfolio..

• Site sourcing by identifying strong sites (low 3 mile saturation, good visibility, and high traffic intersections, etc).
• Present viable locations to ownership for weekly review and approval.
• Assisting Permitting and Development of approved locations.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience specifically sourcing, permitting and/or development of real estate land opportunities.
• Sef Storage site development experience a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and communication skills.
