The purpose of this position is to interact with our guests and ensure they have a great experience when dining at the Country Club. Front of House Service Staff are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner. At all times, servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and make them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed.

• Prepares the tables, laying out napkins and utensils, making sure the condiments are refilled, performing all other preparation tasks.
• Staying updated on current menu choices, specialties and menu deviations, knowing if the kitchen staff is running out of any items.
• Handles the table bookings, directs customers to their tables, presents menus, suggests dishes, assists in drink selection, informs customers about food preparation details, and communicates specific customer needs to the cooks.
• Maintains proper dining experience, delivers items, fulfills customer needs, offers desserts and drinks, removes courses, replenishes utensils, refills glasses.
• Prepares mixed drinks for service to your customers' tables.
• Properly opens and pours wine at the tableside.
• Obtains revenues, issues receipts, accepts payments, and correctly balances server chits and receipts.
• Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Fills in for absent staff as needed.
• Assists with special events as needed.
• Greets all guests and members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
• Adheres to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
• Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort.
• Mustოვ have some familiarity with basic cooking skills.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous serving experience required.
• Excellent oral communication skills required.
