Begin a new career or continue your professional growth in the exciting field of Construction Materials Testing Science. Contribute to healthy and safe buildings by conducting tests onsite on some of the most iconic buildings in New England and in our 5,000 sq. ft. laboratory facility in Canton, MA. Level I Techs apply with current certifications (see Level I Suggested Certifications list below) and Level II Techs receive on the job training.

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School degree minimum
- Construction background and experience
- Must have a smart cell phone
- A valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., walk/work on uneven surfaces, work outside in various weather conditions and from heights
- Must be willing to follow safety regulations and able to wear attire appropriate with safety regulations
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Must have OSHA-10 certification
- Punctual and reliable and have the ability to work independently
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)
- Ability to keep detailed field notes and record data
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Must have good organization skills, the ability to focus on details, and the ability to follow directions, both written and oral
- Must have a desire to learn
- Good communication (listening, speaking, writing) skills
- Clean record with CORI and other background checks; must be able to pass random drug tests
- Occasional weekend or evening availability if necessary

SchedulesIn general:
Monday – Friday
Full-time, part-time, seasonal (May - October) or project-specific. Overtime potential.
Pay:
Dependent upon qualifications and experience.
