Early Childhood Educator Sports Coach

We are seeking coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation's largest multi-sport enrichment programs with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New coaches can work 5‑25 classes a week, and earn $26 per hour. Our programs come with ready‑made curricula and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids!

• Coach a blast. They are open‑minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better by attending [monthly/week/season] trainings and following the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum.

The majority of classes are held during the morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends. Availability on the following days and times is required:

• Monday‑Friday (Times): 9:00 am‑12:00 pm and 3:00‑6:00 pm
• Weekends: 9:00 am‑12:00 pm

• Coach referral program for every coach you recommend.

Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers along Metro South Boston and the South Shore. Coaches are expected to travel up to 30‑45 minutes to get to a class location.

Candidates are recommended to be fully vaccinated upon commencing employment, subject to legally required exemptions. Proof of vaccination in those states will be required, and will be requested in the other regions.
