MI Express Urgent & Primary Care is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, patient-centered Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Canton and Ann Arbor, Michigan.

• Adult Primary Care

• Regenerative Medicine utilizing a variety of treatment modalities

Every day brings a different clinical experience while allowing you to continually develop your knowledge and confidence as a provider.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Adult wellness visits and preventive care
• Management of urgent care conditions
• Interpret laboratory studies, digital X-rays, and 12-lead EKGs
• Perform common office procedures including:
• Joint and soft tissue injections
• IV therapy and hydration + more
• Coordinate continuity of care
• Maintain timely, accurate medical documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based medicine

• Graduate of an accredited FNP or PA program
• Active Michigan NP or PA License
• NCCPA or ANCC Certification
• Active DEA Registration
• Minimum one year of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS

• Primary Care experience
• FMCSA/DOT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
• Experience interpreting EKGs and X-rays
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
