Job Description

Project Manager position for framing and drywall specialty contractor.

Responsibilities:

Planning, procurement and execution of a project

Must be able to manage schedules

Defining and communicating project objectives

Compile and plan budgets and estimates

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

Must have excellent communication skills

Must be someone that pays attention to details at all times

Must have good organizational abilities

Knowledge of light gauge framing, and drywall preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Must be proactive and diligent in carrying out your duties

Must be self-motivated

Knowledge of Bluebeam and Microsoft office

Must be a team player

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5-year experience in construction project management and estimating.

Must be willing to travel between jobsites

Must have a Valid driver’s license
