• Ability to learn all clinic roles including front desk
• Assists medical clinic staff as needed
• Maintains medical records securely
• Respond to plant emergencies/Coordinate training and mock codes with Client security according to on‑site protocols
• Teach BLS to staff and Client employees from selected areas
• Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies
• AED oversight
• Surveillance testing – Spirometry, drug screen, hearing test, BAT (breath alcohol testing)
• Communicates and documents medical situations as per company policies
• Assists with miscellaneous calls and initiates incident reports
• Inspects and maintains EMS equipment, reporting any issues
• Conducts checks on site‑wide medical equipment
• Monitors safety and reports issues to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH) team
• Provides follow‑up care for injuries within scope
• Other duties, as assigned

• The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure prior to the start of employment
• CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s) prior to the start of employment
• The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
• A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
• Be able to maintain confidentiality
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
