Whatwill you be doing in this role?
- Ability to learn all clinic roles including front desk
- Assists medical clinic staff as needed
- Maintains medical records securely
- Respond to plant emergencies/Coordinate training and mock codes with Client security according to on‑site protocols
- Teach BLS to staff and Client employees from selected areas
- Manages inventory to ensure adequate supplies
- AED oversight
- Surveillance testing – Spirometry, drug screen, hearing test, BAT (breath alcohol testing)
- Communicates and documents medical situations as per company policies
- Assists with miscellaneous calls and initiates incident reports
- Inspects and maintains EMS equipment, reporting any issues
- Conducts checks on site‑wide medical equipment
- Monitors safety and reports issues to the Environment, Health, & Safety (EH) team
- Provides follow‑up care for injuries within scope
- Other duties, as assigned

Ourideal candidate will have:
- The required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure prior to the start of employment
- CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain it prior to the start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s) prior to the start of employment
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
