Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Delivery

Amazon Data Services, Inc. – Austin or Dallas, TX

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center build projects. The role leads cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. You’ll employ judgment, negotiation skills, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts, and able to apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle. Demonstrated experience in core project management disciplines—including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting, and metric development/tracking—is required.

Other requirements include experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS SharePoint.

If you enjoy the challenges of deploying highly technical and innovative projects at massive scale, this job is for you!
