Our 4-6 month program is tailored for each individual, providing access to all departments. We have dedicated Military Affairs Specialists and mentors to support you throughout. Here’s an overview of the available roles:

• Revenue

  High earning potential, client-facing sales & marketing roles with leadership opportunities.
• Operations
  :
  Project management roles ensuring excellent service for homeowners.
• Craftsman Academy
  :
  Training for transitioning service members to install and manage installation crews.

Post-program, full-time positions offer starting salaries from $50,000 to $80,000, with a sign-on bonus. Compensation varies by department. We look forward to sharing more details.
