Production Technician

Kelly Services in partnership with Nissan is currently seeking high skilled individuals to fill Production Technician openings at the Nissan manufacturing plant located in Canton, MS.

Position: High Skill Production Technician

Department: Pre-Delivery

Location: Canton, MS

Pay Rate: $/hour (Based on Shift)

• Pay increases every 6 months

Work

Shifts:

1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available

Assignment: Long-term contract (Potential Temp to Hire)

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Light and heavy automotive repairs
• Performing mechanical repairs
• Diagnosing and repairing brake systems
• Diagnosing and repairing engine systems
• Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
• Paint touch ups and finishings
• Troubleshooting electrical issues
• Wheel alignment and repairs
• Welding and auto-body repairs
• Fit and Finish inspections
• Using power tools and repair equipment

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in automotive/mechanical repaid and diagnosis
• Experience with Hunter Alignment equipment preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics
• ASE/Welding certifications
• Degree is Automotive Technology is a plus
• Must be able to work all shifts
• Minimum of years of work/college experience
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
