This posting is for a full-time position in Canton, Massachusetts. North End Motors, a used vehicle dealership with over 275 units in stock, is seeking a results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating sales for our dealership.

Base salary is $800 per week plus commission. Potential monthly income ranges from $4,000 to $10,000 depending on performance.

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all vehicle models and features
• Conduct vehicle walk-around and test drives with customers
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Effectively communicate with customers throughout the sale process
• Complete sales transactions and paperwork accurately
• Reach and exceed sales targets and goals
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions

• Prior sales experience in the automotive industry preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient with technology and computer systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 41 hour work week. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
