What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with homeowners needing roofing or siding services
- Manage the full sales process from inspection to signed contract
- Log activity, quotes, and updates in the CRM
- Coordinate with project managers for smooth handoffs
- Hit sales goals while building long-term client relationships
- Prior sales experience in D2C, B2C, or in-home roles
- Valid driver’s license + insurable driving record
- Willing to inspect roofs when needed
- Reside locally (within 30 minutes of the shop)
- Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
- Uncapped Commissions: $70K-$150K+ OTE
- Paid Training: $500/week (6 weeks)
- Flexible schedule: ~11AM-7PM (work when homeowners are home)
