Lead Security Technician; Lenel

Our client is a leading fire, security, and communications integrator serving customers in enterprise, healthcare, education, government, data center, and retail. They design, install, service, and maintain fire alarm systems, critical communications, video surveillance, access control, and audiovisual technology, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and service.

They are hiring three experienced Lead Technicians to run security installations on new data center construction projects. This is a hands-on role: you ll lead a crew while installing and programming systems yourself.

• Lead a team of security technicians on an assigned data center build.
• Install, program, configure, and test access control, CCTV, intrusion, and alarm systems.
• Commission systems and validate them before handover to operations.
• Coordinate with construction, electrical, network, and vendor teams to keep work on schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues during installation and commissioning.
• Train junior technicians on installation, programming, and safety.
• Keep accurate records of installations, configurations, and test results.
• Make sure all work meets safety regulations, codes, and data center compliance standards.

• Prior lead technician experience in the field
• 4 5 years of hands-on Lenel experience, including installation and programming
• 5+ years installing and commissioning physical security systems
• Experience on large-scale or new construction projects; data center experience is a strong plus
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and design documents
• Working knowledge of low-voltage electrical and IT networking
• Valid driver s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights and in confined spaces

Industry certifications are not required.
