The Transporter/Bus Driver transports clients, staff, food, and needed items to and from the training site or on client outings/appointments.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supervised by the Program Services Director
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:None
EXPOSURE RISK:Minimum risk for exposure to blood and body fluids during routine job duties.
QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION
As a minimum, a High School diploma is required.
EXPERIENCEMust have a good driving record. Must have a valid and current commercial driver's license (
Class A or B with Passenger endorsement
), issued by the State of Mississippi. Must also have a current medical card.
Normal hours of work are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
