The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently and safely handling, storing, and organizing materials in the warehouse. This role involves receiving, processing, and dispatching goods, as well as ensuring proper inventory management. The material handler must follow safety protocols and work in a team environment to meet company deadlines and productivity goals.

Full-time

• Receiving Goods:
  Unload trucks, verify incoming shipments, and inspect materials for damages.
• Inventory Control:
  Count and record stock levels, input data into inventory management systems, and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
• Material Handling:
  Safely move, load, and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Stock Organization:
  Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval and efficiency.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Documentation:
  Complete and maintain paperwork related to inventory, deliveries, and shipments.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with other warehouse staff to maintain an organized and efficient working environment.
• Safety:
  Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of equipment and protective gear, to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as lulls, forklifts (certification may be required), pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Basic math and organizational skills for inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock handling and shipping.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs regularly).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with inventory software or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials regularly.
• Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and materials.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (depending on the warehouse environment).

• Warehouse environment with frequent exposure to forklifts and moving machinery.
• Fast‑paced setting where attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
