Molding Press Operator – Plastics Manufacturing

Your day at Con Met — Canton Step onto the floor of our Canton facility and take the lead at your molding press. You’ll begin by reviewing work instructions, then move through a steady rhythm of production—inspecting, assembling, labeling, and packing parts that meet our exacting standards. Throughout the shift, you’ll capture production and scrap data, keep your station spotless, and stay vigilant about safety.

Inspect, assemble, label, and pack parts per work instructions

Record production and scrap information in the system

Meet or exceed production and quality standards

Maintain an organized, clean workstation

Escalate unresolved product or equipment issues to your supervisor/lead Follow all plant safety and environmental policies and procedures

What you bring

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred

Minimum 12 months of related experience and/or training

Ability to access information on a computer and operate a labeling scan gun Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation
