The Parts Warehouse Person plays a pivotal role by preparing and fulfilling warehouse orders, processing supply orders, pulling materials, and organizing deliveries. You will also prepare invoices, collaborate with drivers, maintain inventory controls, perform physical counts, reconcile stock reports, receive/unpack goods, restock items, process returns, and maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders
• Pull materials and parts, place orders in delivery area
• Prepare invoices for parts orders
• Interact with drivers and organize routes
• Process invoices from drivers
• Perform physical inventory counts
• Reconcile actual stock to computer reports
• Receive, unpack, and deliver goods
• Restock items as necessary
• Document returns per established procedures
• Maintain inventory levels
• Process purchasing orders
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain cleanliness
• Keep shelves and workstations organized and neat
• Maintain a safe, clean working area
• Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations

• Professional presentation and communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Organized with good time‑management skills
• Analytical/problem‑solving skills
• Computer proficiency

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Pass post‑offer drug test and physical exam

$17–$19 per hour depending on experience and skills.
