Job Title: Accounting Assistant
Location: On Site in Canton, OH
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Salary: $37,440 - $41,600

Key Responsibilities:
Process and file invoices, checks, and other financial documents
Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable transactions
Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices
Assist with mailing checks and preparing bank deposits
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus)
Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting
Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping helpful
