Responsibilities

You’ll be the first impression clients and callers have of our firm — and we want that impression to be warm, professional, and reassuring.

  • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, empathetic attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, copying, scanning, and filing.
  • Support the legal team as needed with tasks like creating binders or sending mail.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the entire office location.
  • Process client payments accurately and securely, ensuring confidentiality and detail.
  • Support a fast-paced team with shifting priorities.
Qualifications
  • Well‑versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, guest service specialist, or similar position preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Compensation

$28,000 - $32,000 per year.
