Automotive Service Coordinator

Liberty Ford in Canton is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Service Department team.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and staying organized? As a Service Coordinator, you'll be the voice of our service department and play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, schedule service appointments, perform follow-up calls, and help keep communication flowing smoothly between customers and our service team.

What You'll DoAnswer incoming service calls promptly and professionally

Schedule service appointments and assist customers with service inquiries

Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance, service reminders, and follow-up needs

Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls daily

Take detailed messages and forward them to the appropriate team members

Provide basic information about dealership services and vehicle maintenance

Follow established phone scripts and customer communication guidelines

Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information

Develop knowledge of vehicle models, maintenance schedules, and service offerings
