This position will play a key role in designing and managing K-12 educational projects across New York State. As part of our dedicated team, the ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and client relationship skills, contributing both to our current projects and to future business development efforts.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Lead and participate in all phases of K-12 and higher education project design and execution, from concept through construction.
• Interpret and apply New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school projects.
• Ensure compliance with SED procedures, keeping current with all relevant updates and protocols.
• Collaborate closely with clients, developing trusted relationships and ensuring alignment with project vision and goals.
• Engage in business development activities, identifying new client needs, attending presentations and contributing to strategic planning.

• Licensed Architect in New York State.
• Minimum 5-10 years of architectural experience, with a focus on K-12 and higher education facilities.
• In-depth understanding of New York State Education Department (SED) procedures for public schools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
