HOURLY PHYSICIAN – HOSPITALIST (Casual Position)

• Patient Load:
  Average of 16.82 patients per day.
• Admissions:
  Typically handle one admission per day, with a full‑time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions.
• Procedures:
  Closed ICU; no procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity.
• Team Structure:
  Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes
  • 9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily.
  • A Medical Director onsite.
  • An RN Executive Director.
  • 2 RN Care Coordinators.
  • 2 Administrative Assistants.
• Meetings & Events:
  • Brief 15‑minute daily huddle M–F to discuss census, care needs, etc.
  • Division meetings every 6–8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives.
  • An annual off‑site event for team socialization and group discussion.
  • A yearly holiday party in December to foster camaraderie.
